The team at EMC were thrilled to learn about the successes our Clients achieved in 2021.
In 2021, the City of Beaumont built several high priority facilities identified in their Recreation and Parks Master Plan. The City of Red Deer is moving forward with detailed business planning to support their Major Event Strategy, and Strathcona County is activating its Tourism Strategy. We were also pleased to read stories from the Town of Sylvan Lake about how tourism festivals and events are boosting the local economy thanks in part to the guidance provided in their Tourism Festival and Event Strategy.
Without a doubt, 2021 was a tough year. We hope you will find these success stories encouraging and that they will motivate you to continue building and improving your own communities. EMC was honoured to collaborate with so many dynamic communities this year and we are looking forward to continuing this important work in the new year.
