Lethbridge Leisure Centre Feasibility Study

Our team completed a detailed needs assessment, concept design, facility program, gap analysis, business case and operational plan for a proposed multi-purpose leisure centre in the City of Lethbridge. The facility was ultimately built and was the largest capital project the City had ever undertaken at the time. The project included a comparative analysis with the Tri-Leisure Centre, Servus Place and the Leduc Recreation Centre.  Interviews were held with over 75 stakeholder groups along with public meetings and council presentations. In addition, a comprehensive survey, market analysis, financial analysis, operating model analysis, and implementation plan was completed. The facility includes an aquatics centre, indoor soccer pitch, gymnasium, twin arenas and a curling rink.
